Mostbet Deposit Not Working? Fix Every Common Problem

Problem: Bank Card Declined
This is the most common deposit issue on Mostbet, especially for Indian players. I've had my ICICI Visa declined about 30% of the time.
Cause 1: Bank Blocking Gambling Transactions
Indian banks under RBI guidelines frequently auto-block payments to international gambling merchants. The transaction appears as an overseas payment to a Curacao-based company, triggering fraud prevention.
Fix:
- Call your bank's customer service and request they allow the specific transaction
- Some banks (HDFC, Kotak) let you toggle international transactions on/off in their mobile app -- enable it temporarily
- Try a different card from a different bank
- Switch to UPI -- it bypasses international payment restrictions entirely
Cause 2: Online Transactions Disabled
Some debit cards come with e-commerce/online transactions disabled by default.
Fix: Log in to your bank's internet banking or mobile app. Look for "Card Controls" or "Transaction Limits." Enable online/e-commerce transactions. This is a one-time setting.
Cause 3: Insufficient Funds or Daily Limit
Check your available balance (not total balance -- pending transactions may have reduced it). Also check your card's online transaction limit -- some banks cap online spends at 10,000-25,000 INR daily.
Fix: Ensure sufficient balance. Increase your online transaction limit through your bank's app. Try a smaller amount to test.
Cause 4: 3D Secure OTP Not Received
The 3D Secure verification requires an OTP via SMS. If it doesn't arrive, the transaction times out.
Fix: Check SMS inbox and spam folder. Ensure your phone number is current with your bank. Wait 2-3 minutes and try again. Some banks also offer in-app OTP authentication as an alternative -- check your bank app.
Problem: UPI Payment Failed
Cause 1: UPI Server Overload
During peak hours (8-10 PM IST, month start around salary days), UPI servers can be overloaded. The payment times out or shows a generic error.
Fix: Wait 5-10 minutes and try again. If it fails three times, switch to a different UPI app (PhonePe to Google Pay, for example) -- they may route through different payment gateways.
Cause 2: Daily UPI Limit Reached
The NPCI daily UPI limit is 100,000 INR. Your bank may set an even lower daily limit.
Fix: Check your UPI transaction history for today's total. If you've hit the limit, wait until midnight or use a different payment method. Some banks let you increase UPI limits through their app.
Cause 3: Collect Request Expired
UPI collect requests expire after 5 minutes. If you took too long to authorize in your UPI app, the request expires.
Fix: Go back to Mostbet and initiate a new deposit. The old request is void -- a new one will be generated.
Cause 4: Bank Account Not Linked in UPI App
If you recently changed banks or your UPI app lost its bank link, payments fail.

For Crypto Deposits
Crypto deposits require blockchain confirmations. BTC needs 1 confirmation (~10 min average), USDT on TRC-20 needs 19 blocks (~1 min). If enough time has passed and your deposit hasn't arrived:
- Check the transaction on a blockchain explorer (blockchain.com, tronscan.org, etherscan.io)
- If it shows "confirmed" but Mostbet hasn't credited it, contact support with the TXID (transaction hash)

Problem: Crypto Deposit Not Arriving
Wrong Network Used
If you sent USDT via ERC-20 to a TRC-20 address (or vice versa), the funds are in limbo. Contact Mostbet support immediately with the TXID. Some platforms can recover cross-chain transfers, but it's not guaranteed and may take weeks.
Below Minimum Sent
