The payment can succeed in the UPI app while the merchant callback to Mostbet lags behind. If it has been more than 10-15 minutes, screenshot the UPI reference and contact support.

Cards: What Usually Happens

Sometimes a card payment creates an authorization hold rather than a clean settled payment. If that is the case, the money may look “gone” temporarily and then reverse automatically if Mostbet never captures it.
