Card Deposits: Why They Fail
Bank Block
This is the classic issue. The bank sees an international gambling-related processor and kills the transaction.
Fix: enable international/online usage in the banking app, call the bank, or move to UPI.
3D Secure Timeout
If the OTP is delayed or not approved fast enough, the deposit fails before authorization completes.
Daily Limit
Many failed card deposits are just spend-limit problems disguised as generic errors.

Collect Request Expired
If you take too long to approve the request, it dies and the deposit attempt looks failed. Start again from the cashier and approve quickly.
UPI Daily Limit Reached
NPCI's UPI overview is the clean baseline, but your bank may impose a lower cap. Check total outgoing UPI for the day.
App-Specific Failure
If PhonePe fails, try Google Pay or Paytm. Different apps sometimes behave differently on the same day because of routing and session handling.
Browser / Page-Side Failures
- open in private mode
- disable aggressive ad blockers
- retry in Chrome or Safari
- if mobile web is unstable, use the app flow instead
Amount-Related Failures
Two easy checks:
- Are you below the minimum for that method?
- Are you above the processor's single-transaction limit?
